We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. However, due to the current situation there may be slight delays due to the strain that Royal Mail are under. But we will do our best to fulfil your order as quickly as possible.

 

UK Standard Shipping is sent via Royal Mail 2nd class.


Cards only (Up to 10 single cards) £1.50

Small orders Shipping (Under 300g ) £1.99

Standard Shipping (300g-2kg) £3.00



R E T U R N S

We hope that you’re pleased with your purchase, but if you need to return anything please follow our returns procedure below.


For unwanted items please return them to us unused and undamaged in their original packaging for a refund, credit note or exchange. We ask you to include your original delivery note so that we can confirm the order number and process your return quickly.


For faulty or damaged items, please follow the same procedure as above for a full refund. Your postage also be refunded to you.


Personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged.


You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items and we recommend that you retain proof of postage from your chosen delivery service. All goods must be returned to us in its original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable condition


Once we have your returned item(s) we will contact you via email and process your exchange or refund within 5 days of receipt.


We will refund any money owed to you via the same method that you used to make the purchase initially.


This does not affect your statutory rights.
